Kennetcook Summer Fest Main Stage
Concert will be an outdoor concert open to all ages - Rain or Shine!
Gates will open
3:00 PM
Admission for children ages 6 and under is free, ages 7 to 12 is $10 cash at the door. - MUST be accompanied by an adult.
Children within these 2 categories are the full responsibility of the adult(s) who accompany them at time of admission.
Guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry or re-entry.
Non-allowable
items must be returned to your car or discarded. Kennetcook Summer Festival is not
responsible for non-allowable items at the concert entrances. You can help keep the
lines moving quickly by leaving large bags at home.

ON SITE:
- No "re-entry" after 6 PM Re-entry before 6 PM must pass through security
each time you enter.
- No refunds or exchanges on tickets.
- Wristbands MUST be worn
for entry/re-entry into the Main Stage Concert. Wristbands are non-transferable,
non-exchangeable and cannot be replaced. They cannot be removed and must be worn
at all times as proof of purchase. Please don't remove, stretch or tamper with your
wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry (and that will make us sad)

Security on site all day
- Medical / First Aid on site all day
- There will be a limited
amount of space reserved for parking. Parking will be first come, first served...and
will be at your own risk.
- Kennetcook Summer Festival is not responsible for lost
or stolen Concert tickets or personal items on site.
- Smoking is permitted ONLY in
designated areas. We ask that you please be cautious and aware of your non smoking
neighbors.
- Disorderly conduct is not allowed. Anyone acting in a disorderly manner
will be removed from the premises, and may not be allowed re-entry. No refund will
be given.
- You MUST keep your Main Stage Concert ticket with you at all times as
proof
of purchase. If you cannot produce your ticket if/when asked, you may
be asked to
leave the premises.
- Absolutely NO stage entry at any time. Anyone climbing onto
stage can be removed from the premises, and may not be allowed re-entry. No refund
will be given.
The following items you ARE allowed to bring or have on site:
- 1 -
1 L water, with seal intact
- 1 folding style camp chair / chair in a bag
- 1 Blanket,
1 Towel
- 1 Umbrella (ONLY hand-held or clip-on - NO beach or patio umbrellas)

Binoculars
- Non-Professional Recording Equipment (Personal Point & Shoot Cameras
ONLY). No detachable zoom lens, Tripods or other commercial equipment.
The following
items you will NOT be permitted to bring or have on site:
- No glass bottles or glass
products
- No cans, metal aerosol cans, including Sunscreen in Aerosol cans
- No professional
cameras. Personal cameras are permitted, but only for personal use, not for monitory
gain and have no recording capabilities.
- No knives or weapons of any kind **
- No
pets (except service dogs)
- No alcoholic beverages can be brought on site or in un-designated
areas - There will be a licensed section on site (+19 years ONLY) ****
- No narcotics**

No bicycles, skateboards, etc
- No coolers of any type
- No Frisbees
- No camping equipment
of any kind, other than a folding camp chair or equivalent.
- No Unauthorized/Unlicensed
Vendors Allowed. No Unauthorized Solicitations, Sampling, Give-Aways, etc.**
** if found will cause the items to be taken and turned over to Police and the patron's
removal from the grounds
**** if found will cause the item to be taken away and not
returned to the patron and no opportunity will be given to take these items back
to the patron's vehicle.

Schedule
Thursday, June 24:
This is set up day – tents, porta-potties, carnival, etc. Arriving
Scheduled events:
- 10:00 am – all day – Psychic Contessa
- 11:30 Victory Credit Union BBQ
- 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm KSEED BBQ, carnival rides
Friday, June 25:
- 10 am – all day – Phychic Contessa and Carnival Rides, Antique Tractor display open (Heritage Tent displayers (community groups) should be arriving throughout the day with the Tent open Friday evening at 5 pm)
- 5 pm - 9 pm - Bingo, KSEED BBQ, Carnival Rides, Heritage Tent open, Riverside Stage music; 84th Regiment (there may be some vendors set up on Friday night as well)
- 9:30 pm Regiment Sunset Ceremony
Saturday, June 26:
- 8:00 am - Vendors set up – some early sellers on-site
- 9:30 am – Opening Ceremonies – Riverside Stage
- 10:00 am - all vendors and heritage tent open; KSEED BBQ, Antique Tractor Show; 84th Camp open; Show n’ Shine sponsored by Vance Hanes Automotive, Carnival Rides; Psychic Contessa;
- 11:00 – Fire Department Chicken BBQ
- 1:00 pm – Parade
- 3:00 pm – Gates open to Music Fest (5 acts and beer garden, Burger Bus food vendors)
- 5:00 – vendors /heritage tent/tractor show close (or as they wish)
- 9:30 pm – Sunset Ceremony – 84th Regiment
- 12:30 - Music Fest ends.
Sunday, June 27
- 8:00 am – Early vendor sales
- 9:00 am – Church Service (open air at Riverside Stage)
- 10:00 am – All Vendors and Heritage Tents open; Carnival rides and Carnival starts; fire dept. duck races;
- breakfast served in Fire Hall; registration for Washer Toss tournament; Psychic Contessa is open; Antique Tractor show
- 11:00 am Washer Toss Tournament begins (beer garden and Burger Bus)
- 12:00 noon – KSEED BBQ – all day
- 12:00 noon – 5 pm Reptile show (at fire hall garage) with face painting and balloon animal making
- 12:00 noon – Riverside stage – music all day to 8 pm
- 1-5 pm Bingo in Fire Hall
- 9:30 (dusk) – Fireworks…. (professional show!!!)
