Come celebrate and have some fun in Kennetcook!!
We are pleased to announce the Kennetcook Homecoming Cultural and Heritage Festival for 2010! The 84th Regiment of Foot Royal Highland Emigrants (reenactment) will provide a look at life in the 17th century as the first settlers of Kennetcook. Check out the outdoor stage at the Riverfront where there will be free entertainment throughout the weekend. An antique tractor show, parade, kids’ games, culture and heritage tent, farmers market, and so much more will be ongoing throughout the weekend. Once again, there is something for everyone!!
Of course, our main event is on Saturday, June 26 – our annual Music Fest offers an extremely exciting line-up this summer. In fact we have so much to offer, we are starting earlier (3 p m)! Come and join us – enjoy good times, great food, beautiful scenery and wonderful people!!
The concert is an outdoor event open to all ages. There is a designated licensed area 19+. There is a limited amount of tickets that will be printed so it is possible this event can sell out.
