Thursday, June 23:

11:30 -  Kick-off Summerfest 2011 with the Annual Victory Credit Union BBQ

5:00 pm - 9:00 pm  - Hants North Baseball Assoc. Burger Bus / KAMBA (Kennetcook                           Minor Basketball Assoc.) BBQ;   Bouncy tents / children's games;

7:30 pm - 10:30 pm - Main Stage Boxing - 10 Card Event

              Jim’s Gym presents: Rumble On The River”     Gates open @ 6 pm

             sanctioned by Boxing Nova Scotia - rain / shine - under the Big Top! (Bring your               chair unless buying a table). Click “HERE” for more information & how to order your               tickets. Open to all ages. Beer Garden (licensed area) / Hants North Baseball               Assoc. Burger Bus   All proceeds for amateur boxing.  

10 am - all day – Bouncy tents / children's games;  Heritage Tent displays (community                 groups) should be arriving throughout the day with the Tent  open Friday evening at                 5 pm);  Maritime Reptile Adventures / Face Painting - @ Fire Dept Garage

Guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry or re-entry.

Non-allowable items must be returned to your car or discarded. Kennetcook Summer Festival is not responsible for non-allowable items at the concert entrances. You can help keep the lines moving quickly by leaving large bags at home.

ON SITE:

- Re-entry must pass through security each time you enter.

- No refunds or exchanges on tickets.

- Wristbands MUST be worn for entry/re-entry into the Main Stage Concert. Wristbands are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be replaced. They cannot be removed and must be worn at all times as proof of purchase. Please don't remove, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry.

- Security on site all day

- Medical / First Aid on site all day

- There will be free, adequate space reserved for all day and overnight parking. Please do not block the local business parking lots during business hours. Parking will be at your own risk.

- Kennetcook Summer Festival is not responsible for lost or stolen Concert tickets or personal items on site.

- Smoking is permitted ONLY in designated areas. We ask that you please be cautious and aware of your non smoking neighbors.

- Disorderly conduct is not allowed. Anyone acting in a disorderly manner will be removed from the premises, and may not be allowed re-entry. No refund will be given.

- You MUST keep your Main Stage Concert ticket with you at all times as proof of purchase. If you cannot produce your ticket if/when asked, you may be asked to leave the premises.

- Absolutely NO stage entry at any time. Anyone climbing onto stage will be removed from the premises, and may not be allowed re-entry. No refund will be given.

The following items you ARE allowed to bring or have on site:

- 1 - 1 L water, with seal intact

- 1 folding style camp chair / chair in a bag

- 1 Blanket, 1 Towel

- Non-Professional Recording Equipment (Personal Point & Shoot Cameras ONLY). No detachable zoom lens, Tripods or other commercial equipment.

The following items you will NOT be permitted to bring or have on site:

- No glass bottles or glass products

- No cans, metal aerosol cans, including Sunscreen in Aerosol cans

- No professional cameras. Personal cameras are permitted, but only for personal use, not for monitory gain and have no recording capabilities.

- No knives or weapons of any kind **

- No pets (except service dogs)

- No alcoholic beverages can be brought on site

- No narcotics**

- No bicycles, skateboards, etc

- No coolers of any type

- No Frisbees

- No camping equipment of any kind, other than a folding camp chair or equivalent.

- No Unauthorized/Unlicensed Vendors Allowed. No Unauthorized Solicitations, Sampling, Give-Aways, etc.**
